In May 2021, old customer from Philippines purchased a batch of ICU equipments from our company, including hospital beds, bedside tables, movable over bed table, bed head units, nurse call systems, handrails, etc. Used for the expansion of the ICU ward of a well-known local government hospital.
Before, our company has undertaken the Philippine hospital ward project. For the needs of customers, our company had rich experiences to recommend the most cost-effective products for customers. After a month of communication, we successfully signed an order, including 23 ICUs. Supporting facilities in the ward, and production has been completed on schedule.
However, it encountered a lot of test when it was shipped. Because the ocean freight has risen sharply this year, and the space is tight, after comparing a number of forwarders, the appropriate cabinet was ordered. After the cabinet was ordered, the shipping cost of the cabinet has skyrocketed. Taking into account the objective and force majeure factors, our company took the initiative to bear a part of the extra cost in order to protect the interests of the guests. However, after the cabinets were installed, they faced delays in opening the port, and the extended shipping schedule caused the customers to receive the goods one month later than expected. Fortunately, the opening of the new ward was not delayed.
After receiving the product, the customer gave a high evaluation of the quality of our products and said that they would continue to support our company in the future. We believe that the support is mutual. In the face of loyal customers, our company is very willing to give the greatest support To protect the best interests of the guests. Although the project was full of difficulties, in the end, our company and the guests worked hard to overcome all the difficulties and received high praise from the hospital. We all felt that all the efforts were worthwhile.
